Meet Zara a bantam chick. Bantams are petite, with low impact on your garden. They are inquisitive and always show interest in what you're doing outside. These are a personal favourite and dominant breed of mine. Your family and kids will love these darlings. Their colourings are special and eye catching among the flowers and plants. Some have feathered feet, some beards, all have dazzling feathers, style and are a breed you'll love. I have Pekins, Jap and Cochin, Belgian D'Uccle). Our baby chicks are free range enjoying sunshine, fresh grass which leads to healthy happy hens. I grew up with Silkies and have owned chickens for almost 20 years. I started breeding unique, rare and gorgeous hens during COVID which I found very therapeutic. I believe in going back to grass roots, paying honor to building a sustainable future, growing and sourcing local. Personally I love the variety of colours in my flock and super friendly personalities. Most of the mother hens have been handled since birth so are used to being handled and around children with my 2 sons in primary school. Pick up at Yatala. BYO cash and a box. NB: baby chicks need a broody mother or heat source. Chickens need a flock so will only sell singles if adding to your existing numbers.
